We love public space and all of its facets. And because we want to make this space a great place for generations to come, we do our best to work as environmentally friendly and eco-efficient as possible. We avoid all forms of unnecessary waste of resources. For we know: The most sustainable resource is the one that remains.
You can learn here how we do this and what’s important to us. Learn more about our values and philosophy.

Metal

Inox

Stainless steel is a material that, thanks to its high resistance to corrosion and to the mechanical characteristics of relief, is more durable and reliable over time.
Maintenance: To keep the product in good condition for a long time, we recommend a regular cleaning period, particularly frequent in places characterized by high humidity and marine climate. We recommend cleaning the surfaces with a soft cloth using water or neutral detergents. Prolonged and uninterrupted exposures to intense UV radiation or at very low temperatures can affect the initial characteristics of the colored polyester coating. We recommend cleaning and storing products in sheltered areas during long periods of non-use and winter.

Aluminum

Thanks to the fusion of several aluminum alloys that guarantee solidity, manageability and rust resistance, it is a material of high quality and allows to reach the maximum qualitative and aesthetic results.

Steel

Iron and carbon alloy with carbon percentage less than 2% treated to resist to the atmospheric agents with the cataphoresis process and powder coating.

Stone

Marble, thanks to its particular composition and nature, is a little porous and not absorbing stone, hardness and resistance, making marble one of the most precious and durable stones in time.
The marble formation takes place by means of a metamorphic crystallization process: calcium carbonate, coming into contact with the sedimentary rocks, gives rise to a set of crystals of calcite and various minerals, which determine the complexion.
Maintenance: To maintain the shine of marble and granite it is necessary to clean the surfaces daily: it is sufficient to dilute the neutral soap in warm water.
The surfaces must be rubbed with a sponge or a soft cloth. It will be sufficient to rinse with a damp cloth, being careful not to leave detergent stains.

Fabric

All fabrics proposed by LuxeFurn are of contract quality, meeting the minimum Standard of 40,000 Martindale abrasion rubs. Upholstery fabrics used are either inherently Crib 5 FR (Fire Retardant) or can be treated to meet a Crib 5 medium hazard rating. Our furniture is well engineered to withstand the rigours of a busy hotel and is constructed using the very finest quality timber from sustainable sources. We will never compromise on the quality of our hospitality fabrics, no matter how challenging budgets may prove.
Maintanence: It is recommended to use a dry cloth or soft brush to gently pat the surface to remove dust. When dealing with smaller stains, can use mild soapy water or household detergent to gently wipe. For more stubborn stains, should use a professional fabric cleaner. Before using any cleaner, test it in an inconspicuous place to avoid adverse effects on the fabric. Fabric should avoid direct exposure to moisture. Keep the indoor humidity stable and ventilate regularly to reduce moisture accumulation. Prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause fabrics to fade and damage, so avoid direct sunlight or use curtains or sunshades to protect the furniture.
