All fabrics proposed by LuxeFurn are of contract quality, meeting the minimum Standard of 40,000 Martindale abrasion rubs. Upholstery fabrics used are either inherently Crib 5 FR (Fire Retardant) or can be treated to meet a Crib 5 medium hazard rating.
